We accept payments through Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Payment is processed securely through trusted payment gateways to ensure a safe transaction.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Within Oman: Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days.
- Outside Oman: Delivery times vary based on location. International shipping may take longer depending on your destination.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, we start processing it immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once they have been placed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is dispatched.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details on the return process. Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

8. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@infistores.com. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
